The Journey
The foundations: economics, startups and first lines of code
It all starts in Rome, with a degree in Economics that lays the groundwork for understanding how businesses work. Then a Master's in Digital Management at H-Farm in Venice, where the passion for digital and entrepreneurship takes shape. From there, co-founding Henable, a social cooperative focused on digital tools for disability: pitching, business plans, web development and the first lessons on what it means to build something from scratch.
Enterprise: from leading brands to technical maturity
The leap into the enterprise world begins at Accenture, building e-commerce platforms for Hogan, Carrera, Polaroid, Valentino and Prada Group. Then Deloitte, where cloud architecture on AWS becomes second nature. Liferay brings CMS expertise and international teamwork. Years where every project adds a piece to the puzzle: backend, frontend, cloud, analytics, and the ability to move across different stacks with ease.
Technical leadership and product vision
As Senior Front-End Lead at Octopus Energy, managing cross-cultural teams and optimizing workflows. Then Facile.it, where the role of Senior SEO Full-Stack Engineer means leading a team, coordinating marketing and design, and working with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD at scale. Finally Sky Germany as Software Architect: technical design, SAFe, code review and the responsibility of translating requirements into architectures that work.
GrowFlow Studio: building our own products
All the accumulated experience converges into GrowFlow Studio. No longer just consulting, but in-house SaaS products: ShopBrain, an AI chatbot for e-commerce; a multi-tenant booking system; a white-label shipment tracking platform. A Master's in Management Engineering completes the picture, merging technical and managerial vision.
